How to Submit a Privacy Request

  • Colorado (CPA): 45 calendar days (extendable by an additional 45 days)
  • Connecticut (CTDPA): 45 calendar days (extendable by an additional 45 days)
  • Other US states: Within the timeframe specified by applicable law

Authorized Agents

California residents may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on their behalf. The authorized agent must provide written authorization from the consumer and we may verify the consumer's identity directly.
